counting down...

You know, it's a little freaky to start one's morning doing pre-registration for admission for the hospital. It's for the cardiac ablation procedure, but still. *shudders*

And tonight I take my last dose of Tenormin before the procedure. Hopefully, it will be the last dose ever (or at least until I get old and need it for other things).

Grand'rents will not be coming, because they decided to bus down to Florida instead. Mum is most peeved, and is talking about visiting them this spring. This is another reason why I really need to be living on campus. O.o

But, on the upside, the housing list goes up tomorrow. Yay?

For anyone in the area, there's a FREE Koto and Balinese Gamelan concert at UMD tomorrow at 7p. I teched for their performance last year, and they're very good. The concert's about an hour or so, FREE, no tickets needed, but seating's first come first served so I suggest showing up a 6:15 or so and bringing a book. It's a pair of student groups and they talk about the culture as well as just playing the instruments, so it's really cool. It's in the performing arts center in the main theatre (the Kay, my home away from home). If you get a chance, you really should go see it.

"do you have a living will?"
(in a terrified voice) "do i need one?!"
