First of all, a big smooshy thanks to celleri_kun for starting the process of illustrating Danse Macabre - Ghost Story for me for imaginarybeasts. I'm so excited!

Second, I've reached a new level of name stupidity. Last night, the delivery guy who brought my Insomnia cookies thought I was "Mexican" because "Iliana [sic] is a Mexican name, right?" Um, no. Just...no.

Also, I've finished all the tv shows on my hard drive. Other than Babylon 5 (yes, allandaros, I know, and I'm working on it), what do people suggest?

And, despite the fact that I didn't go to services this year, I'll do my annual Jew thing: I'm going to have a moment of religious thought: to all who read this, please forgive me for any cruel/thoughtless/rude I have done to you during the past year. According to Jewish law, the ten days between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur are to be spent in reflection over the past year, including tying up any loose ends and making amends for mistakes made. We're supposed to ask people for forgiveness for anything we might have done to them and if they refuse three times, we are forgiven by God because we've made an effort. I don't really believe that God is sitting up there keeping track, but I'd like to know that I've been forgiven for stupid things I've done, rather than letting them fester. I'd like to know if you have forgiven me, but it's not a huge deal, as long as you have.

And now to update my planner so I can see just how much homework I have. *facepalm*

1. Are you in a relationship?

2. Do you hate more than 3 people?
No, not really. I try not to expend that much energy on people I dislike.

3. How many houses have you lived in?
Two: the NYC duplex and the house in Wheaton.

4. What is your favorite candy bar?
Mars bars! Or Flake. British candy is better.

5. What are your favorite shoes?
Birkenstocks! Or the dom boots. Or my new Converse All Stars. Or...

6. Have you ever tripped someone?

7. What was your least favorite subject class this year?
HIST111 - Medieval History, aka Baby's First Lecture

8. What was your favorite subject class this year?
THET116 - Intro to [Theatrical] Design

9. Do you own a Britney Spears CD?
Heh, no. But I do still have *NSYNC, Backstreet Boys, and LFO sitting around at home somewhere...

10. Have you ever thrown up in public?
No, happily.

11. Name something that's always on your mind.
Stargate, I suppose.

12. What is your favorite music genre?
Depends on my mood. Musicals are a good bet, folk, indie rock, or that blanket term "alternative".

13. What is your sign?

14. What time were you born?

15. Do you like beer?
Bleh, no.

16. Have you ever made a prank call?
Good times.

17. What is the most embarrassing CD you own?
The aforementioned boy bands. Or trying to not explain Zumanity to Da.

18. Are you sarcastic?
Am I ever not?

20. How many watches do you own?
Just the one.

21. Summer or winter?
Summer. I have a deep psychological dislike of snow.

22. Spring or fall?
Spring, I suppose.

23. What is your favorite color to wear?
Black or denim.

24. Pepsi or Sprite?
Dr. Pepper, bitches.

25.What color is your cell phone?
Black and silver.

26. Where is your second home?
The dorm? Any available theatre? Yeah, something like that.

27. Have you ever slapped someone?

28. Have you ever had a cavity?
Yes, four, because the enamel is weak in four identical spots on my bicuspids.

29. How many lamps are in your bedroom?
One each at home and at the dorm.

30. How many video games do you own?
None. Computer games, though? Half a dozen.

31. What was your first pet?
Tropical fish named after classical composers.

32. Have you ever had braces?
Ugh, don't remind me.

33. Do looks matter?
Yes, but I like to think I'm open-minded enough to not let them be the only thing I notice.

34. Do you use lipstick?
Only when I'm onstage.

35. Name 3 teachers from your (former) school:
High school? Hines, Krebs, Frezzo. Easy.

36. American Eagle or Abercrombie?
Neither, kthx. (Though I do own AE jeans, so I suppose I have to go with that. I'm so ashamed.)

37. Are you too forgiving?
Depends. Hurt me, I tend to forgive you because it's not worth the effort to stay angry. Hurt my friends, your ass is mine.

38. How many children do you want?

39. Do you own something from Hot Topic?
Yes. The dom boots, one of the faux corsets, my Pride wristband, a shirt, a belt...

40. What is your favorite breakfast?
Captain Crunch or cheese grits.

41. Do you own a gun?
No way.

42. Have you ever thought you were in love?
Love is so complex. If you're talking "I want to be with you forever", I thought I did once, but I realised later that it was just love for a dear friend.

43. When was the last time you cried?
Yesterday, actually.

44. What did you do 3 nights ago?
Stayed up late, worked on the story, cross-stitched, went to bed.

45. When was the last time you went to Olive Garden?
I have never been to Olive Garden.

46. Have you ever called your teacher mom?

47. Have you ever been in a castle?

48. What are your nicknames?
I don;t have any.

49. Do you know anyone named Bertha?
Bertha Jorkins? (Half a geek point for getting that one.)

50. Have you ever been to Kentucky?
I think we drove through it once...

51. Do you own something from Banana Republic?
No, but Mum does, from before it was a Gap clone.

52. Are you thinking about somebody right now?
Not really.

53. Have you ever called someone Boo?
God forbid.

55. Do you own a diamond ring?
No, but I did receive a diamond necklace for my Bat Mitzvah that I never wear.

56. Are you happy with your life right now?
No, not really.

57. Do you dye your hair?
Beyond the white for Sound of Music, dye has never been near my hair.

58. Does anyone like you?
Well, I have friends, duh. And there are a few people who seem to enjoy themselves confusing me, so I dunno.

60. What were you doing May of 1994?
I was just seven, so I was probably in school, maybe doing gymnastics...

61. Do you own a Backstreet Boys CD?
Yes, I have one at home somewhere.

62. McDonald's or Wendy's?
Ugh, no.

64. Are you closer to your mother or father?
Father, hands down.

ReBoot! Lol, it's such a good show and coming back to life at the moment so I say yes. And um, maybe get some of the Terry Pratchett mini-dramas for when you catch up with Discworld. Other than that, I don't watch much tv so I am no help.

Ugh, ReBoot, I remember watching it when it was first on TV. I liked the premise of the characters being forced to play the games, but I wasn't so pleased with it otherwise.

Did you ever make it to the third and fourth season? Because that was when it got good. The earlier seasons were funny and episodic, very much for the Y7 age group. But those last two seasons were absolutely incredibly especially compared to the other drivel that Toonami showed in that time block. I say give it another go.

I don't remember, I never really watched it consistently, so I don't know what I was seeing.

I'll see if I can get my hands on it.

I haven't really gone to services since I started college, since I couldn't figure out which temple to go to and I don't believe in god anyway. I am, however, very upset about not having found time to do a tashlich walk yet this year.
